Lisa Iliffe

Lisa started her interest in Property Investment way back in 2000, and has been working in the property management industry since 2003, as well as having a strong sales and communication background.  Amongst other qualities, Lisa is highly driven, thorough and very well organised.  She has a passion for delivering superior customer service with honest and practical advice to assist owners and investors with their property requirements.  Coupled with her great wealth of experience and knowledge, Lisa has an energetic personality and a no nonsense approach.  Lisa is a great person to discuss your property needs and concerns.  Lisa was named Business Development Finalist 2016 at the LPMNZ National Awards.

Lisa is genuinely interested in property outside work and has been involved in several new developments and renovations over the years.  Described as a go-getter, Lisa also enjoys the gym and mountain biking and has found a recent new love for tramping in NZ.  She also enjoys the occasional nice glass of Pinot Gris.

I had never used a Property Management company before when my family moved from our earthquake damaged home on Clifton Hill in April 2011.  It is also fair to say that using a Property Management company to manage my property would never have been an automatic choice for me; I have too much emotion tied up with my house in Christchurch, coupled with observations of others’ experiences. Lisa Iliffe was referred to me by my daughter.  I contacted Lisa with some scepticism about what Bayleys Property Management would deliver for me in the post-earthquake Christchurch rental market – and with a house on Clifton Hill, Sumner, in a badly affected suburb.  Lisa went about her business development role in a most professional and assertive manner.  She provided the leadership for me with my property at a time when I had absolutely no energy for renting out my damaged property.  She found a tenant and then continued to finalise the details around the tenancy in a very difficult environment.   There was enough flexibility in the contract to allow me to continue with maintenance/repairs at the same time as engaging Bayleys Property Management to undertake the tenancy negotiations.
