Matthew Curtis

Matthew Curtis established Bayleys Property Management Canterbury in 2010 with Business Partner Lisa Iliffe.
 

Matthew’s experience working with and managing staff in strong process and customer service driven industries, made Property Management an exciting and rewarding choice from day one. Prior to joining the Bayleys Team Matthew managed a team of Property Managers in Christchurch and before this worked overseas.
 

As Operations Manager Matthew’s role includes ongoing training and mentoring of staff, system and process implementation in line with ever-changing legislation, and management of a small portfolio for long term investors.
Outside of work, Matt likes to keep fit and exercise, if only to be able to enjoy the many and varied culinary options in Canterbury without too many ill effects.
