The importance of an emergency contact
All too often, Property Managers are unable to contact you in the event of an emergency or while you are on annual leave.
There are instances where we need to seek your instructions such as when your Tenant gives notice to vacate or a repair outside of our repair agreement with you.
To assist with the smooth management of your property and so we can communicate with you in extraordinary circumstances, we request that you provide us with the contact details of your representative that we can contact in the event of an emergency in your absence.
We want to ensure we action all required maintenance ASAP, to ensure we preserve the quality of your property, but also to ensure we keep the tenant happy in your property.
Happy tenants will pay their rent and look after your property.
