Our Rent Guarantee is subject to the following standard terms:

• It applies only to tenants selected by Bayleys Property Management
• It only applies for the term of this agreement and ends automatically at the end of this agreement
• It does not apply to periods of vacancy before, after or between tenancies
• The Manager has the right to exclude any property, should it not meet the minimum standards required
• Payments will be paid as one payment per month at the start of every month
