Amy MacGregor is who I mostly deal with at Bayleys Property Management. Amy is professional in her dealings with us and our tenants, she is pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. We have been very impressed with how proactive she is and her initiative - she found us a new lawn mowing person - we hadn’t asked her to, she just thought she could get us a better price, and she did! Property inspections are carried out regularly, photos are included so we can see exactly how our properties are being looked after and any maintenance requirements are brought to our attention and clearly documented.
