We have had mixed experiences over a number of years with property managers and so elected to use Bayleys based on a recommendation from a friend.  We found their staff to be highly professional and responsive.  Never do you feel that you are imposing.  Our Property Manager is pragmatic and balanced in her approach meeting our needs as owners as well as advocating appropriately for our tenants.  Most importantly if there is a need to get stuck in and resolve an issue, she is proactive and focussed on results.  We have had a great experience!
