Matthew discovered his passion for Property Management in 2006, beginning his career with a small Christchurch company before progressing to manage both a growing portfolio and a team within a larger Christchurch-based organisation.
In 2010, Matthew partnered with Lisa and Bayleys Canterbury to establish Bayleys Property Management Canterbury. Since then, he has played a key role in building a highly respected team that manages a portfolio of quality properties with professionalism and care.
Matthew holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management and brings extensive industry knowledge to his role. Even after many years in the industry, he continues to enjoy the daily challenges presented by evolving markets, ongoing legislative change, and the opportunity to find effective solutions. He takes great pride in working alongside his team to deliver outstanding results in this challenging and rewarding industry.
